♫ Yulia Raskolnikov
Black Bird of Chernobyl
→ a bright soul led only by the songs of birds; mass-murderer and cannibal by hobby; patron of vengeance and scavenging;
General Assessment: An Old One who took a human form after some terrible happenstance beforehand. She finds joy in everything, because she's never experienced anything in a human body. Even after centuries, Yulia's happiness comes up from her soul and bleeds into everything around it. As long as you're careful around her.
Lucidity
■ ■ ■ ■ ■Yulia does not hallucinate! She's entirely immune to them! She just... causes them. Such is the fate of being an Old One. One could say her blind happiness is highly questionable in regards to her lucidity. She can smile and sparkle for as long as she needed to and beyond. All the time. Even when she's cutting people up and eating them, she will smile! The scary part is she is perfectly aware of herself at all times. She has no problems suddenly dropping the happy filter should it be required.
Stability
■ ■ ■ ■ □Again. Old One. She's got this, guys! The reason she doesn't get a solid five is because of her hatred for humans. She finds them as disgusting little monsters only good for eating their souls and gaining power off them. Same with any living thing! Not to mention, as the patron diety of vengeance and scavenging - two very not nice things - she has no issue sacrificing huge swaths of life to attain whatever she desires. For example, destroying any and all instances of Chernobyl and filling it with cats. She wanted to! So there!!!
Normativity
□ □ □ □ □Old One. But that's not the whole answer since Zeph gets along quite well with humans. Yulia's permanent happiness and joy tend to come off as unnerving to most. Oh, and the cannibalism. The cannibalism is not smiled upon! You can't even use the argument that a cult loves her. She's one of a myriad of bird dieties worshipped by a popular religion in Russia, but she's taken in the same vein as any religion's God of Warfare. Invoke rarely, always with perfect manners, only in dire straits, and beware the backlash. Those who are aware of her true form treat her with great respect. Those who don't either love her or avoid her. Yulia herself is just happy climbing trees, spinning in skirts, and collecting shiny things. So scary.
